been a bit of a slow down in the market since the beginning of the year. We anticipate that the market will heat up a bit as we head towards summer and the weather warms up a bit.

- Average Days on Market: 52
- Median List Price: $1,275,000
- Average Price Per Foot: $633
Active Homes for Sale:
- 24 homes currently for sale in El Segundo – As of 4/18/19
- Average Days on Market: 85
- Median List Price: $1,438,000
- Average Price Per Foot: $696
