While we may be focused on El Segundo real estate we do have listings elsewhere as well. Although we specialize in El Segundo and and the South Bay, we have been lucky enough to sell throughout the area, from Santa Monica to Huntington Beach. For the 26th consecutive year, South Bay Brokers, with offices in Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach and Hermosa Beach, had the highest per agent sales volume in the South Bay. In 2014, the average sales volume per agent at South Bay Brokers was $7,870,000…. considerably higher than the other local real estate company, Shorewood Realtors, with an average per agent volume of $6,709,434 and the local Re/Max affiliate.
