It was a huge month for home sales in El Segundo with 18 home, townhome and condo sales during the Month of May compared with an impressive 15 homes in April of 2022.

The median sold price for El Segundo homes that closed in May was $1,463,000 and homes generally sold well over the list price. The average price per foot for sold homes was $854 and the average days on market was an extremely short 10 before going into pending status. May a HUGE Month With 20 Closed Sales

It was a huge month for home sales in El Segundo with 20 home, townhome and condo sales during the Month of May compared with an impressive 15 homes in April of 2022.

The average “list” price was $1,529,385 which was actually down considerably from April in which list prices were over $1.8M. The average sold price for El Segundo homes that closed in May was $1,571,250 meaning that homes generally sold well over the list price. The average price per foot for sold homes was $904 and the average days on market was an extremely short 9 before going into pending status. New Condo Hits the Market in Pacific Sands El Segundo

We don’t know all the details on this condo in Pacific Sands as there’s not much information in the listing notes, but this is a probate sale in the condo complex of Pacific Sands on Imperial Ave.  This building has long been one of the best values in all of the South Bay and is actually walkable to the beach.  There are currently no photos of the unit so we are unaware of the condition but assume it’s in fairly rough shape.  At just over $300,000 the condition isn’t much of a concern.  

Pacific Sands is located just east of the Hyperion water treatment plant so that part isn’t ideal but that also puts it just a few blocks to beautiful Dockweiler Beach.
