October was a bit of a slower month for home sales in El Segundo and prices were down quite a bit as well.  This was primarily due to 4 of the 9 home sales being condos or smaller townhomes in some busier areas.  Not surprisingly the lowest home price of the month was located in the Pacific Sands building at 770 Imperial Ave.  This 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo closed escrow at $580,000.

Huge Jump in El Segundo Pending Home Sales in October

As housing inventory remains very low in El Segundo, this latest month will really deplete the number of active MLS listings with a huge jump in pending home sales.
