El Segundo saw another strong month of home sales in March as the demand for homes in this coastal community continues to increase. 11 homes successfully closed escrow in El Segundo with the lowest price home being a 2 bedroom condo in the Pacific Sands condo complex at 770 W Imperial. The highest priced sale of the month was a 4 bedroom single family home at 709 Redwood that closed at $1,300,000.

While monthly sales prices were down a bit compared with the previous two months, much of that was due to the past few months being impacted by the sales of recently completed townhomes.
