Not unexpectedly December a slower month tor the el segundo real estate market
5 closed home sales at an average price of $1,036,500
December was a slow month for home sales in El Segundo with only 5 sold homes but that wasn’t unusual as December is often the slowest month of the year for obvious reasons.
The average “list” price was $1,094,200 with the average sold price for El Segundo homes that closed at $1,036,500 meaning that homes generally sold way below the list price. Average sold price was about 100K lower than in November.
The average price per foot for sold homes was $676. Homes averaged 40 days on market before going into pending status.
