There are some great townhome options in El Segundo, but as it’s a high demand city the price sometimes doesn’t work for buyers. 

A great alternative to El Segundo are  the various gated communities of Plaza Del Amo in Torrance.  Although there is no community called “Plaza Del Amo” it is the general term used for the various complexes.  Some of the more well knowns communities are Summerwind, Windemere, Chatelaine, South Bayport, Windsong, Breakers and several others.  Each has a different look and feel but all are gated, most have a nice pool/spa area and are centrally located to just about everything in Torrance and the South Bay.
