November was a pretty solid month in terms of the number of homes that sold with 9 sales compared to 7 in October.

The average “asking” price was $1,591,500 with the average sold price for the homes in El Segundo that closed at $1,576,000 which was a big drop from the average of $1,783,889 (which was WAY higher than normal). 

Homes that sold averaged $881 a square foot. Homes averaged 77 days on market before going into pending status.
