Overall August was a bit slower for home sales in Manhattan Beach with 28 on market closed sales.  The median home price was $2,800,000 with an average price per foot of $1,473 and only 19 days on market.

May Market Report – El Segundo Real Estate at a Glance

It was a huge month for home sales in El Segundo with 18 home, townhome and condo sales during the Month of May compared with an impressive 15 homes in April of 2022.

The median sold price for El Segundo homes that closed in May was $1,463,000 and homes generally sold well over the list price. The average price per foot for sold homes was $854 and the average days on market was an extremely short 10 before going into pending status.
