There are big prices and then there are record prices. This was almost the latter. Closing at $3,900,000 this is the second highest sale price we’ve seen for an on market single family home.
The home offered almost 4,200 square feet on two levels. The lower level offered 4 bedrooms and direct access to the grassy back yard.

The newest additon to the El Segundo real estate market is a luxury remodel located at 905 McCarthy Court. The home was almost completely remodeled and boasts of high end features such as all Miele appliances, waterfall island, built in coffee maker and expansive retractable doors from both the kitchen and game room leading to the deck and pool.
