March 2024 El Segundo Home Sales and Home Prices
5 Homes Sell at an Average of $1,624,000
Ater a big February with 11 sold homes, March was a bit of a downturn. There were only 5 sold homes in March
The average “asking” price was $1,571,380 with the average sold price for the homes in El Segundo that closed at $1,624,000 which was a big jump from $1,442,636 in February but down from January.
Homes that sold averaged $943 which was an improvement from $839 in February but a drop from $1,121 a square foot in January. Homes averaged 76 days on market before going into pending status.
