While it’s the same size and a simliar top floor location, 770 Imperial #98 in the Pacific Sands complex, this condo is far closer to being ready for a new owner as is. The one bedroom condo offers about 700 square feet and is nice and bright and overlooks the residential neighborhood of El Segundo as well as some ocean views. What’s nice about this is that you get some of the good parts of the view without seeing much of the Hyperion water treatment plant.
