Notably the number of homes selling is on a sharp decline with the number of active listings is at a 12 month high. The chart below shows a month by month representation of the number of closed or recorded home sales. October saw only 8 homes that sold. By itself that wouldn’t mean much as the number of homes that sold can fluctuate greatly in El Segundo.
