February Home Sales and House Prices in El Segundo

It was a solid month for home sales and prices in the city of El Segundo CA with 9 closed home sales in February. The median “list” price of $1,159,900 and a median “sold” price of $1,200,000 indicating that the very favorable market for sellers continues to steam ahead. The median price per foot was $671. El Segundo January Real Estate Recap

It was a bit of a slower month for real estate in El Segundo with only 12 homes selling in January.   That’s a bit off of the norm but certainly not for the first month of the year as  December is always slow with fewer homes going into escrow due to the holidays.  The number of homes might have been a bit down but prices were very impressive once again with a median home price of $1,522,000 for homes that sold in El Segundo during January.

Recent Escrows and Closed Sales in Waypointe El Segundo

Take a look at the townhome sales and closed sale prices are in the townhome complex of Waypointe in El Segundo.  There are not too many newer construction large housing communities out there in El Segundo as most of the land is already developed but one exception is the townhome complex of Waypointe in El Segundo.  These newer townhomes offer 3 bedroom homes on 3 levels with all of the bells and whistles you expect in new construction in the South Bay.  View the current Waypointe townhomes for sale.
