The real estate market in El Segundo picked up in May with 7 sold homes but that was a dramatic improvement over the first few months of the year.
The average “list” price was $1,065,286 with the average sold price at $1,027,981 compared to $1,705,340 in April
The average price per foot for sold homes was $872 and homes averaged a very brief 27 days on market before going into pending status.
