The world is certainly changing at the moment and so is real estate and the way “normal” real estate actions are taking place.  Although we have seen a slight slowdown, there is still a constant flow of homes being listed for sale and deals being put together. The California Association of Realtors pushed Gavin Newsom to establish real estate as an essential business in the midst of this pandemic. So, while we are definitely in strange and unchartered times, the business of real estate continues to move forward.

We are so fortunate to have worked with so many wonderful people and in such a great area.  It just doesn’t get much better.  See the map below to view all of our local home sales. Although we specialize in El Segundo and and the South Bay, we have been lucky enough to sell throughout the area, from Santa Monica to Huntington Beach. Many of these were first time buyers and are now happy homeowners. 26 Years in a Row! South Bay Brokers the highest per agent sales volume for 2014

For the 26th consecutive year, South Bay Brokers, with offices in Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach and Hermosa Beach,  had the highest per agent sales volume in the South Bay.  In 2014, the average sales volume per agent at South Bay Brokers was $7,870,000…. considerably higher than the other local real estate company, Shorewood Realtors, with an average per agent volume of $6,709,434 and the local Re/Max affiliate.  South Bay Brokers once again set itself apart from other area brokerages with a philosophy of hiring only full time professional realtors.
