Welcome to our quick recap for real estate in El Segundo during the month of May.    Home sales in the city of El Segundo  were way down with only 6 homes that closed escrow compared with 25 in May of 2019.  On the other hand, house prices were very impressive with the median home price of $1,420,000.  Homes that sold averaged only 19 days on market compared with 62 the year earlier.

April was a VERY slow month for home sales in El Segundo with only 3 properties closing escrow during the month.  The median list price was $1,098,000 with the median sales price of $1,100,000 meaning the three homes basically sold for full price.
