9 Homes Sell at an Average of $1,624,000

Ater a big February with 11 sold homes, March was a bit of a downturn.  There were only 5 sold homes in March

The average “asking” price was $1,272,989 with the average sold price for the homes in El Segundo that closed at $1,299,500 which was a drop from $1,624,000 in March.

Homes that sold averaged $882. Homes averaged a very brief 37 days on market before going into pending status.

November was a pretty solid month in terms of the number of homes that sold with 5 sales compared to 9 in December.

The average “asking” price was $1,782,200 with the average sold price for the homes in El Segundo that closed at $1,777,200 which was a big increase from December.

Homes that sold averaged $1121 a square foot. Homes averaged 3 days on market before going into pending status.    That number is a bit deceiving as two of the homes were never really on the market as they sold before hitting the market.

October was a little bit slower in terms of the number of homes that sold with 7 sales compared to 9 in September and an extremely impressive 14 in August but price were fantastic.

The average “asking” price was $1,794,286 with the average sold price for the homes in El Segundo that closed at $1,710,714 which was a big jump from the average of $1,333,333 in September. 

Homes that sold averaged $848 a square foot. Homes averaged a very short 41 days on market before going into pending status.
