Average days on market was a very short 32 before going into escrow and the average price per foot was $885. Huge Jump in El Segundo Pending Home Sales in October

As housing inventory remains very low in El Segundo, this latest month will really deplete the number of active MLS listings with a huge jump in pending home sales.
